#OnlyLouisiana Music Ambassador Program

The Program

The Louisiana Office of Tourism offers a stipend to Louisiana musicians when they perform at a qualifying music festival. View full guidelines here.

The event must meet three qualifications

• It must be outside state borders
• It must be at least three years old
• Last year’s cumulative attendance must have been at least 10,000

Payment

Artists or band will receive a $1,000 per festival, and may apply and be funded up to two times per calendar year.

Deliverables

The artist will make three (3) social media posts - once before, one during and one after the Event using the hashtags, #OnlyLouisiana and #LouisianaMusicTrail. Screenshots of each of the three (3) social media posts will be required for proof of performance. Under no circumstances will an artist be paid without dated screenshots as described.
